As part of North Shore Craft Beer Week, today is our day to celebrate, so we’re opening our doors and raising our glasses to honour our veterans. From 12:30 to 8 p.m., join us at Copperpenny Distillery for a day of community, gratitude, and award-winning spirits.

We’ll have all-day specials, open house distillery tours from 2 to 3 p.m., and discounts for veterans with ID.

Let’s come together to celebrate the freedoms we cherish, reflect on the sacrifices made, and share in the spirit of gratitude.

Introducing the Thyme Gin Fizz, made with our Social Gin No. 005. This cocktail brings out the gin’s bright citrus and botanical notes, perfectly balanced with the fresh, earthy flavour of thyme. With Thanksgiving this weekend, pair it with some Goat Cheese & Herb Crostini, it’s a match made in pre-dinner heaven.
