Join us today from 2PM to 7PM for a special Oyster Pop-Up Event featuring fresh, BC-local F***y Bay Oysters and our newest cocktail, Black Currant—a bright, coastal sipper made with lemon, rosemary, blackberries, and our award-winning No. 006 Oyster Shell Gin.
We’re also proudly showcasing this rare gin expression, recently crowned BC Food & Beverage Product of the Year. Crafted using freshly shucked F***y Bay oyster shells and distilled with BC ocean elements, No. 006 boasts a wonderfully savoury profile with vibrant citrus notes—making it the perfect match for this fresh berry and lemon cocktail.
