Today we salute a great contributor to our province – Jim Hopson, President of the Riders for 10 years from 2005 to 2015. He brought us 2 Grey Cups – in 2007 and 2013, and died at the young age of 72. RIP Jim and you will be missed and remembered forever for the Rider Nation - Moni Minhas, President & CEO, Minhas Sask Distillery, Brewery, Winery & Cidery.

It is National Peanut Butter Lover's Day today! 🥜☕️

Check out this quick Boozy Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate recipe to warm you up!

Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup Barneby's Cream Liquor
salt
choco chips
¾ cup chocolate peanut butter morsels
½ cup SPK peanut butter whiskey flvd. GNS
2 tablespoons whipped cream +chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions
In a saucepan heat the milk, and salt. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in choco chips. Whisk until completely smooth and then whisk in the peanut butter whiskey and Barneby's. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
