Summer is truly here when fresh local fruit appears for sale. With fresh peaches comes the opportunity to enjoy a perfect patio cocktail, the Peach Bellini. The classic Bellini is simple; fresh peaches and sparkling wine.
Champagne was used originally, but today, we recommend a wonderful, dry Prosecco from the sparkling wine section of our shop. The fresh fruit flavours of the Prosecco will complement the peaches combined with a low ABV.
