BARREL AGED HOPPY BRETT ALE
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at De La Senne, Come What May is a crisp, hoppy beer with a stunning, nuanced complexity of flavours. We set out to create a saison-like ale, but without the saison yeast, and achieved this through several fermentations (primary with neutral ale yeast, secondary in oak), selective brett inoculation, the use of rustic grains like spelt and rye, and ample time to become its best self. The final beer is refreshing, refined, and perfectly balanced -- a complex beer that's easy to drink.

Rouge Rivers ongoing refinement of the perfect NE-style IPA. Always made with 3 hops- Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Made with a combination of Canadian 2-row barley, wheat and oats for haze and body. Careful, this NEIPA is damn smooth, easy drinking and weighs in at 7%. Happy Friday, let the weekend begin!

Happy Friday!! Today we get to enjoy Blood Brothers Cactus Head 6.5%
Double dry hopped with Cryo Mosaic, Mosaic and Citra. This IPA features juicy tropical fruit flavours and aromas. The addition of Muscat grapes gives the body extra complexity and juicy qualities. This was one of Lost Trades top 10 favourite beers of the year and added it early in the calendar to ensure freshness.
