Produce Team Member
Killaloe Freshmart is hiring a Produce Team Member. This position is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. Customer Service is also highly valued as often customers will interact with you while you are merchandising produce. The team member will be able to work under minimal supervision and have good attention to detail, ensuring that product is of high quality and finessed with correct signage.

Duties:
Maintain produce
Ensure company standards of quality by inspecting and rotating produce
Maintain product displays
Receive and prepare product
Load carts with produce in coolers, delivers them to tables and unload produce for display
Keep work area clean and presentable
Record incoming stock
Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
Maintain produce display tables by keeping them full, trimmed, tidy and rejecting spoiled merchandise
Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
Provide customer service to meet customer needs
Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
Other duties as required

Customer Service oriented and able to make good decisions.
Previous Produce experience preferred

Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods; Walking; Bending, crouching, kneeling

Customer Service Pizza Team Member
Killaloe Freshmart is hiring a Customer Service Pizza Team Member. This position is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. This position requires the candidate to have impeccable customer service while being highly skilled at food service and pizza production. The team member will be able to work under minimal supervision and have good attention to detail, ensuring that product is of high quality. Pizza making experience as well as food safe certificate preferred.

Duties:
Operating all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions, scanners, and scales
Maintaining an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift
Maintaining inventory daily via creating product lists to keep store stocked
Maintaining product displays and merchandising (ensuring product is replenished on shelves in a timely manner and ensuring proper rotation of products with “the first in first out” guideline)
Maintaining accurate signage and pricing throughout the store
Providing lottery services
Scooping icecream
Prepping ingredients for pizzas (cutting produce, prepping and cooking meats)
Making appropriate amount of dough for the day
Preparing high quality pizzas according to customer orders and following company recipes
Maintaining appropriate amount of baked pizza slices for lunch time
Managing order in flow and ensuring that meals are prepared in a timely manner
Receiving and restocking food supply orders
Customer service duties include taking orders and answering customer questions
Keeping work area clean and presentable (washing dishes, taking out garbage, dusting, washing coolers, freezers, bathroom area, back room area)
Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
Other duties as required

- Assist with preparing orders for special cuts, as per customer requests

- Stock displays to ensure adequate product levels in the department
- Ensure all prepared items are properly labeled, covered and rotated
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner

Are you looking for a fun activity for Easter for the kids?
We have "Pisanki" packs aka - polish egg coloring kits to make a beautiful decorative basket of eggs for the Easter dinner table.🐣🐣
On the left: A five pack of colors to dip your eggs in (Yellow, Orange, Red, Green, Blue)
On the right: A Golden Egg dye coloring pack with fun Easter stickers

A quick step by step:
- Boil your eggs until hardboiled (for brighter colors and best results use white eggs)
- Turn your eggs off after they are boiled - (leave in hot water until you have finished preparing your colors)
- Prepare 5 glasses 1/2 full of boiling water
- Put 1 teaspoon of vinegar into each glass
- Open your Pisanki pack - you'll find 5 color packs inside
- Pour the contents of one color packet into one glass of 1/2 full boiling water, do the same for each color until you have a glass of Yellow dye, Orange dye, Red dye, Blue dye and Green dye
- Place your warm hard boiled eggs into the dye glasses and wait 2-5 minutes for the dye to color the eggs
- Pat dry with a towel
