🌱🎄Would you like to make your own welcome wreath for your door this Christmas!?

⭐️On Wednesday, November 27th, at 6pm, we will be hosting our second wreath night! Desirae will be hosting the event and sustainably harvesting all of the natural materials just for you!

The wreath bases will be made from grapevines! To decorate your wreath, you'll have several options, including spruce, pine, cedar, and juniper branches, as well as pine cones, dried oranges, birch bark, and ribbons!

The cost of the night will be $45 with all of your materials included. To sign up, please DM on IG or email her at [email protected]

TSBC has missed our regular Wednesday open mic so much! We have decided to close the year with one big open mic with hosts and !!

If you're a singer or a musician, join us on Friday, November 22nd, from 7pm to 10pm. We have a djembe, cajon, guitar, and shakers you may use to your advantage!

🖌🎨Cushion Painting🎨🖌

Do you want to make your own pillow!? You will choose your own stencil, paint it however you'd like and stuff it! The event takes place on Saturday, November 23rd, starting at 6pm. You may sign up by contacting Savanna at 505-235-0955 or email her at [email protected]

The cost is $50 all in, and $5 dollars from each person will be donated to the Ontario Turtle Conservation Center.

Happy November, everyone! Wow, is 2024 really almost done? TSBC has a packed calendar for the next couple of months, and we want to make sure you get to mark your calendars for events that interest YOU!

There are 3 different craft nights, an open mic night, our annual Christmas market taking place on two dates this year, two different parties, and more. ALSO, this year, we have decided to throw our first ever NEW YEARS EVE BASH!🥳🥂2025!!!

🍺🍻This treat is NO TRICK!!!

What a perfect day to announce 2 new beers to enjoy this Halloween!

First up, we have "Pi-saaz" Pale Ale, which is our second fresh hopped beer. Thanks again to Rob for sharing some of his Saaz and Sterling hops for another delicious brew!
This one is super fresh and an unexpected fruitiness which we have deemed as gummy bear like! Enjoy this beer on tap as we only have one keg!

Second up, I don't really need an intro, but we love to announce when Kyle's favorite beer is back on tap!! Yep, you guessed it..."REVENGE OF THE PINE" is back, baby. This batch is beautifully bitter packed with our biggest dry hop ever!! Enjoy this one on tap or take it home in a jug!! Either way, you have some amazing treats this Halloween.

🏠🎄POTTERY NIGHT🎄🏠

On Saturday, November 30th, we will be hosting our second ever pottery night with !! The event will take place from 6pm to 9pm.

You will be creating your very own clay gingerbread house with a removable rooftop! You'll enjoy molding and shaping it and then get to paint it all of the beautiful colours!

The cost is $65 tax included, and you may sign up by emailing [email protected]. Please indicate the names of all participants, and you will then receive payment instructions.

TSBC invites you to our annual Halloween bash on Friday, November 1st from 7 - 11pm! There will be a $5 cover at the door, candy, music, games, and a prize for Best Costume! Costumes are not mandatory but are highly encouraged for the true spirit of Halloween. This is a 19+ event.

There will be a scary movie playing in the background and lots of beers and seltzers to consume. Come out, get scary, and let's have some fun!

Thursday, October 31st, there will be trick-or-treating for the kids AND Trivia night at Turkey Shoot!

Bring your dressed up kiddos out for some candy while Daliyah assists in handing it! You may come anytime between 4 and 8pm.

Trivia will begin at 7pm SHARP, and there may be some extra candy for the grown-ups, too!

🎃🗡Are you artistic? Do you love carving pumpkins?

Bring your creative skills to TSBC on Wednesday, October 30th and let's see what you've got! You may sign up as a team or individual, and the cost is $10(cash).

The pumpkins and carving tools will be provided so that all you need to do is show up and create something awesome! You MUST sign up before Sunday, October 27th, so that we know how many pumpkins to purchase. The winner will be determined that evening and win a TSBC prize pack!

Let's have some fun this Halloween season and let your pumpkin shine bright on Halloween night! Boo!

Fresh Hopped Beer Alert!!!

We are absolutely thrilled to finally release this year's annual fresh hopped IPA. This year's beer takes on a whole new form with hops collected from local growers as well as the hops grown right here in the TSBC Beer Garden!!

Thanks to Mark, Rob, and Peter for donating their homegrown hops, which have been used to make an amazing hop filled beer we called "Grow Together." This is a nod to our single hop series we did last season and a tribute to community and teamwork!

Come by the brewery for a pint or a fill because this beer will NOT be coming back until next year, so don't miss out!

We're sad that summer is over, but this fall weather means we get to start planning our letter to Santa!!!

Yep, you guessed it....plans for our highly anticipated "12 Beers of Xmas" boxes has begun, and we want to hear from you!

What beers do you have on your TSBC wishlis? Do you want big bold stouts, high abv IPAs, sours???? We want to make this year's box the most unforgettable gift ever, and we need your help.

TSBC invites you for dinner on November 9th at 6pm. We will be partnering with to bring you a fine dining 5-course Italian dinner!

Please arrive on time for your reservation at 6pm. The dinner will be served by Laos-C-Chef as a tapas style, and you'll receive three 12oz pints throughout the course of the meal. The cost of the evening is $60/person. All reservations must be in BEFORE Sunday, November 3rd at 4pm. Save your spot by coming into the brewery during our regular business hours. 🍻What an amazing TSBC Christmas party🎅 We want to thank everyone who came out to enjoy our 12th beer of Xmas bash last night! A big applaud to everyone who was able to hang onto that Strawberry Truffle Imperial Stout for an entire year! It was so much fun sipping on this beer together as we munched on some food, played some trivia, and chatted about beer! The 12 beers of Christmas might be a ton of work, but seeing the smiles on peoples face when they take that first sip is truly rewarding. Thanks to everyone who got a box this year, and we can't wait to crack into them on the 25th! Follow along each day and let us know how you like each beer! The TSBC team is devoted to brewing beer that everyone can enjoy. We focus our efforts on producing classic beer styles using the unique hops grown only in Ontario. We are firm believers in the “Support Local” movement and we plan to use local products in all stages of our business. We are certified BrewON supporters and every one of our beers is brewed with 100% Ontario-grown hops. We plan to keep it that way.
