New Hester Creek Wine in the store. Terra Unica White is a refreshing wine with aromas of ripe fruits like crisp apples and pears. It would pair well with sushi and salads. TGIF! Here is a fall cocktail for you to make this weekend. Stop by the store to pick a bottle of bourbon, like Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon.

Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail

2oz bourbon
2oz apple cider
3oz ginger beer
0.5oz lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice. Garnish with apple slice, cinnamon stick and spring of thyme. Enjoy!

NEW PRODUCT! We have two new four packs of Wards cider in stock. Mulled Wine Sangria and Cranberry Mule. These are both part of their new Fireside Collection. The mulled wine sangria has notes of cinnamon, all spice and dried orange. The cranberry mule gives you the flavours of tart cranberry and ginger. Enjoy these around a crackling fire this season.
