We carry the award winning Esquimalt Vermouth and Apéritifs from Nanaimo. We have Rosso Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth and Palmer’s Spiced Apple. These Canadian made Vermouths and Apéritifs are made with mead and infused botanicals. They can be enjoyed over ice or in a cocktail. The Vermouths can be used in a martini and the spiced apple can be used to make a hot toddy.

Here is a festive cocktail to enjoy this holiday season

Cranberry Mojito

• Ingredients:
• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1 tosp simple syrup
• Fresh mint leaves
• Club soda
• Fresh cranberries for garnish

• Instructions:
• Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a glass.
• Add rum and cranberry juice, then fill the glass with ice.
• Top with club soda and garnish with cranberries.

Sparkling Cranberry Gin Cocktail for the holidays

* 30ml Gin
* 90ml Cranberry Juice
* 120ml Prosecco
* Ice, rosemary, and pomegranate seeds or cranberries(for garnish)

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour over the gin and cranberry juice, then give it a gentle stir.
3. Top with Prosecco and garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds or cranberries
