Avondale is happy to announce 55 years in the convenience store business. Operating under the banners of Avondale Food Stores and Avonmart, we are pleased to serve the Niagara Peninsula from Fort Erie to Ancaster with 77 locations. Our stores offer a variety of services such as faxing, photocopying, phone cards, ABM Service, a varied selection of grocery items at low prices, coffee, slush, F'real

About Our Operations

Diner Express/Avondale Food Stores Limited

There are Diner Express Coffee centers in over 70 Avondale locations providing self-serve regular, decaf and Rich Mountain Blend Diner coffees as well as hot chocolate, cappuccinos and specialty herbal teas. The following stores also have drive thru windows for quick serve coffee as well as other items in the store that can be passed through to your waiting vehicle:

In 2002 Avondale was awarded the LCBO Agency Store Appointment for Vineland and received the right to open an agency outlet in Wainfleet the following year. Most recently, our Fenwick location was approved. All three stores carry a large selection of LCBO and Beer Store products with convenient store hours. The LCBO/Beer Store side of these stores is open from 7:00 a.m. Monday – Saturday and on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you need to reach either store to check their hours of operation or information on their product selection, please call:

All of our stores are open today to help with any last-minute holiday needs. Please note that some store hours may be altered due to the holiday. For those visiting our locations that sell alcohol - beer, wine, and coolers will be available, but only between 7 AM and 11 PM as per regulations.

We are thrilled to announce the conclusion of this year's Forget-Me-Not fundraiser, proudly supporting Team Avondale's efforts for the Walk for Alzheimer's 2024! 🌟

A HUGE THANK YOU to our amazing customers and the entire Avondale team—including our clerks, office staff, and especially our dedicated managers, whose crucial role and leadership were instrumental in making this happen. 🙌 Together, we have raised over $20,000 this year through Forget-Me-Not sales, customer donations, and team fundraisers. 💙 These funds have directly benefited the Alzheimer Society Niagara Region and the Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation. 🧠
