Heaven Hill Distillery Bottled in Bond Bourbon 7 YO 🥃
@heavenhilldistillery was established in 1935, marking the beginning of its whiskey-making journey. By 1939, they launched the Old Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon, which quickly became Kentucky’s top-selling bourbon. Fast forward 75 years as Heaven Hills pays tribute to the earliest days of their distillery’s history with the Bottled in Bond 7 Year Old Bourbon.
Bottled in Bond is a distinction meaning the bourbon has met specific quality regulations. To have Bottled in Bond (BIB) on a label, the bourbon must:
– Be a product of one distillation season
– Crafted by one distiller, at one distillery
– Aged in a federally approved warehouse
– Aged a minimum of four years
– Be bottled at 100 proof
What to expect:
🟠 Color: Golden Amber
🍯 Aroma: Warm notes of vanilla, honey and a rich caramel sweetness.
🥃 Taste: Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness.
Quantities are limited so get yourself a bottle while you can.

'23 Livon Sauvignon Blanc
Classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of things that start with G;
grass, green bell pepper, gooseberry and grapefruit. It's bright, lively and juicy. A mid-way between New Zealand and French styles of Sauvignon Blanc.
'23 Chateau de Tracy Pouilly-Fumé
Similar in style to Sancerre, but tends to be a little richer. Expect gunsmoke, pink grapefruit, peppermint, tarragon. Refined, elegant, long finish. Very mineral driven.
'21 Tawse "Quarry Road" Pinot Noir
Classic Niagara Pinot. Dark cherry, ripe cranberry, soft vanilla. Juicy, earthy, bright acidity. Pretty classic Pinot Noir. Will certainly age and develop in the cellar, but is drinking wonderfully right now.
'19 Mary Delany Pinot Noir
Herbal, spicy, elegant, and silky. You could quite comfortably compare this to Burgundy, given that it's got a lot of elegance and finesse. Expect sour cherry, coffee, potting soil, delicate, floral, bright.
