In case you haven't heard, starting today, December 14th, 2024 through February 15, 2025, the Government of Canada has announced a HST Holiday on certain items. For Bishop's Cellar, the following item categories will taxed during this time:

🍷 Wine
🍺 Beer
🍎 Cider
🍹 RTD (Ready to Drink), 7% alcohol by volume (ABV) or less
🍶 Sake and Soju (including fortified) that are 22.9% ABV or less

Products that will still be taxed:
