Redemption whiskeys feature rye-forward recipes, inspired by pre-Prohibition times when rye whiskey was the drink of choice.

Pouring deep gold in colour with orange highlights; aromas of toffee, baking spice, vanilla and floral notes; on the palate, attractive flavours of plum, pepper, lavender, oak and tea leaves; medium-bodied and sweet with a long-lasting finish.

This bottling is made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley (as opposed to 60% corn and 36% rye in their standard bottling).

Redemption Whiskey Bourbon is inspired by pre-Prohibition recipes that bring forth truly distinctive ‘rye-forward’ notes.

Aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for 4 to 12 years, and cut to 80 proof with freshly harvested coconut water.

This blend features tropical aromas of fresh coconut with hints of banana, mango and vanilla.

Upon tasting, notes of plantain, caramel, sandalwood and burnt brown sugar come forward with of course coconut making a subtle appearance alongside a flint of minerality and a touch of saltiness from the coconut water.

Be warned, this is not a sweet rum, as you might think.
