With Saint Patrick’s Day fast approaching, we wanted to showcase some of our staff’s favourite Irish (and Irish style) products, so you don’t have to choke down green dyed beer this year!
From , we’ve got Patricius, an excellent Dry Irish Stout brewed in tribute to Saint Patrick himself! Find this brew on our New Arrivals shelf this week.
Also on our New Arrivals, we’ve got Sure Look from . This Irish Red Ale has classic notes of caramel, toast, and toffee.
Established in Kilkenny city, makes delicious traditionally brewed Irish beer including the Black Marble Stout with notes of roast coffee, fruit, and balanced hop bitterness.
New to our shelves, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Sardinian citrus combines 12 botanicals with Citrus monstruosa, a unique citrus related to grapefruit and oranges.
Irish Milk Gin is named after the worlds oldest cow (who was also born on Saint Patrick’s day). This unique gin is made using a whey alcohol and a variety of botanicals that give it a spice forward, creamy vanilla palate.
Distilled five times, Di**le Vodka is incredibly pure, smooth, and great for drinking straight or in cocktails!
16 is aged for 15 years in Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks before being finished in port pipes for 9 months. This Whiskey has notes of figs, vanilla, toasty oak, marmalade, and chocolate. (Don’t miss trying this one on the 14th with at the Bushmills Tasting).
Last up, we’ve got an exclusive Single Cask Release. Aged in a rum cask and finished at cask strength, this Whiskey is smooth, sweet, and buttery with warming spice notes. We also have this bottle open at the tasting bar to try before you buy!
