✨🎄 What is Simbang Gabi? 🎄✨

Simbang Gabi, or “Night Mass,” is a cherished Filipino tradition of attending nine dawn or evening masses leading up to Christmas. It’s a time of prayer, reflection, and community, with the streets lit up by Parol lanterns 🌟

For many Filipinos, the experience isn’t complete without sharing special holiday treats afterward. Favorites like P**o Bumbong (steamed purple rice cakes) and Bibingka (rice flour cakes) bring warmth and comfort to chilly December nights.

At DRTY Ice Cream, we’re keeping the tradition alive and will be offering P**o Bumbong, Bibingka, and our exclusive Pasko Ice Cream at our first Kalsada event, our little version of Simbang Gabi vibes ✨
