Our udderly delicious WHISKY CREAM is back! Available for a very limited time only, stop by the Duncan Farmers Market this Saturday from 10-2, or visit the distillery from 11-5. Here's a tour of the distillery in just under 30 seconds! Notice the tasting room and merchandise corner, the barrels slowly aging and making their stellar elixir, and of course the distillery floor itself where all the magic happens in those glorious copper stills! Wait.... what is that thing? And there's three of them?!? Please welcome three new fermenting tanks to the family! Currently the distillery uses five 1000 liter tanks, soon they will be replaced with these three 5000 liter tanks! It means we can ramp up whisky production immediately once these are plumbed and even more so in the future as needed. Look for more photos and videos of this monumental step for us next week!
