We are very sorry to announce the upcoming closure of the Maple Bay Convenience Store. Due to many factors, including inflationary & borrowing costs, it is just not viable to carry on, regardless of our advertising and marketing efforts. We had set our prices at or below 7-Eleven to encourage local buying, but that doesn’t seem to be enough.

To those who have been regular customers, especially the kids who raided our candy shelves & slushies, thank you for your support for the past two years! We have loved serving the small group of our neighbours and wish we could have continued on doing so.

We will be having a blowout sale this coming week (Tuesday to Thursday), closing up for the last time on Thursday evening.

Please support your local small businesses! In this market, it is incredibly difficult to breakeven, let alone succeed, especially against big American retailers.
