It’s Rosé season 🌸
A few of notable brands available at each store:
🍷 Franca Rosé - this Rosé show great balance with intense aromas of strawberries, white peaches and magnolia blossoms. The intensity of flavour follows onto the palate with a gentle structure and delicious supple acidity.
🍷 Famille de Lorgeril Les Hautes Terrasses - Pale rose colour, copper hue. On the nose, aromas of red berries. On the palette, round and creamy with nice acidity and tension.
🍷 Therapy Pink Freud - Aromas of sun warmed strawberries, white lilies and red currants. Our wine has complex structural integrity which balances beautifully with a touch of natural residual sugar and juice acidity.

In 1969, a Calgary restaurant manager, Walter Chell, was tasked with creating a signature drink for a new restaurant at the Calgary Inn.
An Italian immigrant, Chell was inspired by the flavours of "spaghetti alle vongole" (spaghetti with clams), so he decided to mix vodka with clam and tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire and a few other spices. And thus, the first Caesar!
