Happy Thanksgiving !!
We have your ham and turkey with all the trimming. This Tuesday, we will have really fresh turkey. First come first get!

Fruit Salad Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Filling:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cold water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups halved seedless grapes
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and roughly chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups whipped topping
Directions:
Prepare the Crust : Mix crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
Make the Filling: Cook pineapple with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, add to pineapple, reduce heat, add cream cheese until smooth. Cool, then add fruits and nuts. Fold in whipped topping.
Assemble: Pour filling over crust, chill overnight.
Serve: Remove from pan, slice, and serve chilled.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
