So... how cool is this our friends at have brought in this tasty little project in. If you don’t know the back story behind this, Ace Brewery held a fun little home brewer competition with the best beer going into production and what came out of it was beautiful smoked ale with a balance of rich chocolate, carmel and toffee notes with just the right amount of beach wood smoked malt to crest a rich, yet balanced and drinkable ale. Congrats to all the competitors.
