The Vermouths and Apéritifs from Esquimalt on Van Island have arrived! Dry white, sweet white, bitter orange, and Kina-salal (a modern west coast take on the tonic wines drank by the Legionnaires in the 1800s).

These will spruce up a huge range of cocktails, or as I love them, on the rocks by the campfire….I camp differently than most people.
