We are thrilled to share that our next Tasting Bar Event at the Sardis Private Liquor Store will be a

This special evening will be hosted by Brand Ambassador and Single Malt Specialist โ€“ Emma Coady. Emma and her team will be joining us in-person to take you through the stories and nuances of several whiskies, including some prestigious and award-winning gems from Dalmore, Jura, Fettercairn and Tamnavulin. ๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿฅƒ

The River Clyde is where their story started, an area better known for its shipbuilding. In fact, at that time, one in every five ships sailing the seas was built and launched there.

While heโ€™s a dyed-in-the-wool โ€œBluenoserโ€ who originally hails from Nova Scotia, Colin MacDougall travelled the corners of the earth before settling back into Canada on its Pacific Coast. Here he continued his passion for the spirit and wine industry becoming a specialist for an already well-respected and dedicated team at Corbyโ€™s/Pernod-Ricard.

Colin knows that everything in life tells a story, and he has been telling the story of the beverage industry since the early 2000โ€™s. He is an expert on the multitude of diverse stories and nuances world spirits have to offer, is a seasoned beverage program consultant, an award-winning cocktail menu architect, and was a familiar face behind the bar as manager at a number of prestigious restaurants including Melbas on the Park, West, Pourhouse, and Blue Water Cafรฉ.

We are so excited to have Colin take us through some very special bubbly, including Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne, as well as Mumm Grand Cordon Brut. These gems & more will be part of our tasting experience, along with some of Colinโ€™s cocktail wizardry!
