One of our personal favorite cocktails is the Spicy Watermelon Margarita. The delicate sweetness from the watermelon offers a startling contrast to the spicy jalapeno syrup. For an added kick, we highly recommend using 1oz of Mezcal, a smoky spirit also made from agave (actually, technically all tequila is Mezcal!)
