"Having made hundreds of kits at home over the years, I can tell you that as much fun as it is, it's also a pain in the butt!

As far as hobbies go, it's fairly labor intensive and, when it comes time to bottle, you're pretty much stuck with stone-age tech. It's also got a fairly large footprint in your home, which gets bigger if you shell out for fancy gear to make it easier. Then you also run the chance of having the batch spoil. Maybe it gets too hot, too cold, theres a broken dryer hose, ONE EFFING FRUIT FLY!!! batch ruined...

Lori is amazing, she keeps the workspace immaculate and knows wine better than most.

Supplies, kits, everything is available on-site, and you can take your stuff home to put in buckets if you want. The real magic of this place, though, is that your kit can be made in their space; safe and sound during the sensitive fermentation process, plus bottling day is a breeze instead of a sweaty slog because of the equipment she keeps in perfect shape.

Pick your kit, pay the fees, pitch the yeast and leave for 4 weeks; just come back to bottle and label it then you're done! No really, it's that easy...

NOWHERE ELSE DOES THIS!
NOTHING in the liquor store is even close to as good either!
Access to juices and blends you'd never see in any liquor store at any price point.
