Liquid information

Aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for 4 to 12 years, and cut to 80 proof with freshly harvested coconut water in Guatemala.

Tasting Notes

This blend features tropical aromas of fresh coconut with hints of banana, mango and vanilla. Upon tasting, notes of plantain, caramel, sandalwood and burnt brown sugar come forward with of course coconut making a subtle appearance alongside a flint of minerality and a touch of saltiness from the coconut water.

How to Drink It

Our Añejo blend is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Add a unique dimension to classic rum or whiskey cocktails.

Be warned, this is not a sweet rum, as you might think.
No artificial flavors or added coloring.

We just love the image on this New Pet Nat label!

Ruby Soho is a slightly pearly stunner brimming with red forest fruit.  A wine that develops almost every year. As a result, the wine has become significantly more fruity and also more drinkable.In the last vintage, Pinot Noir was added to the Regent dominant juice to make the wine slightly easier drinking.

This Pet Nat also has a nice fine refreshing fizz of cassis, blueberry, and a little hint of wild strawberry. Would go well with savoury tarts or even baked fruity pies or just as a nice & fruity summer apéro.

Finally, the rain clouds have ceased to spit, and we have some sunny hot days ahead 😎

This calls for a beer! And the #1 king of beer has to be the Pilsner 🤭.... Okay, okay, I give! It might still be the forever loved IPA's, but pilsners are hot on their heels.

So here's a breakdown of the Pilsner Styles so you can find your perfect one!

Czech Pilsner: The original Pilsner and one doused with Saaz hops. Mid Bitter, Grassy & Spicy

Southern German Pilsner: A softer maltier version than above with German hops, unless it's a....

Northern Gernman Pilsner: in which case it'll be assertively bitter.

Italian Pilsner: a dry hopped Pilsner, typically with European hops

French Pilsner: a nebulous category but usually with French hops.

New Zealand Pilsner: is another nebulous category, but refers to using hos from the southern hemisphere.

West Coast Pilsner: hoppier than the rest, this is like an IPL less alcohol and, of course, uses North American Hops
