We have made a lot of friends over the years!
Our local craft beer section started off quite modest! Over time it has evolved and has grown into a beautiful selection of products that we do our best to rotate and showcase and support anyone and everyone who we are introduced to! We are very fortunate to operate in Alberta! Stop by our shop and support a ton of local businesses!

BC liquor stores are now taping off their American product vs removing from their shelves. The Staff must have gotten tired of unstocking and restocking their inventory 😝 We will be moving through our existing inventory of American product! We will not increase the costs of our products like we have seen with other Retailors 👀
Our hopes are for a reasonable resolution with our American Neighbours - but I have my doubts that will happen unfortunately.

The other night I had the privilege of sitting down and meeting Graham Sherman! We met up to celebrate the fourth year edition of the collaboration beer Tool Shed has made with my liquor store! 😍
Fun fact:
The team at Tool Shed Brewing Company created the ICONIC LABEL without Graham or I ever meeting before! 😝
So, we got suited up!! Graham went out and found the identical Fedoras we donned and we recreated the label we have been immortalized on! 😎
We talked about Family! We talked about Business! We talked about the never ending sacrifice it takes to do what we do! We shared stories over Award Winning BBQ! It felt good for the soul! Thank you Graham and the entire team at Tool Shed for the love and support you have given my shop over the years! .

8 years of reflection! It’s important to look inward! If you have ever shopped with us, you know that this is not how our cooler looks! But this is how we looked when we started! The early days gave me a sense of identity. It helped calm the dread of wondering who I am in this world. Today I am still figuring out exactly who I am, but I have a ton of life experience and a city that has opened its arms and have accepted the idea of who I am aspiring to be. This journey is hard! But I absolutely love it! When you have massive goals- time and the present day will teach you about patience and celebrating the small wins. The goal is to achieve legacy status. To be respected and to be known among the industry giants that we look at with respect and admiration. To create jobs for people who are passionate about community and local business. To have a ton of fun while making money and not be limited to shareholders or corporate greed. Thank you for 8 years of growth and development! .
