It only seems appropriate to start Negroni week with Empress Negroni 🙌

This modern take on the Italian classic switches it up with Luxardo Bitter Bianco in place of Campari, and dry vermouth instead of the more traditionally used sweet vermouth. We finish it off with a grapefruit twist for an extra bittersweet punch!

EMPRESS NEGRONI 💜
◦1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
◦1 oz Dry Vermouth
◦Grapefruit Twist, to garnish

METHOD: Stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass onto a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit twist (don’t forget to express those citrus oils)!

The Mendocino County Rosé is a lovely shade of pale salmon with aromas of rose water, salinity and fresh picked strawberries. Bright flavors of juicy cantaloupe and honeydew melon are highlighted by a touch of Meyer lemon. Racy acidity and elegance are balanced perfectly in this dry, crisp Rosé.

Ingredients:
1.5oz Brother’s Bond Bourbon
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3-4oz Sparkling Cider

Method:
Dash bitters into a full glass of ice. Add bourbon and top with sparkling cider. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with Orange Wheel.
