Juicy cheeseburger meets the fresh flavours of a Vietnamese-style bánh mì sandwich and we could not love it more! Cheesy, crisp, and zesty, this is what summer dreams are made of! 🍔🌞

Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) carrot, peeled and sliced into 1/8-in. (3-mm) thick matchsticks
1 cup (250 mL) daikon radish, peeled and sliced into 1/8-in. (3-mm) thick matchsticks
1 cup (250 mL) natural rice vinegar
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
3/4 cup (175 mL) mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) hot chili sauce, such as Sriracha
1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh strained lime juice
1/2 pkg (1.13 kg) Compliments Frozen Prime Rib Burgers
1 pkg (160 g) Compliments Gouda Cheese Slices
1 pkg (200 g) Compliments Brioche Burger Buns
3 mini cucumbers, peeled lengthwise into ribbons
12 Cilantro sprigs
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Add carrot and daikon to a medium bowl. Set aside. Combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Set over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 min or until sugar is dissolved. Immediately pour over vegetables. Let stand, stirring occasionally, while preparing burgers.
3. Combine mayonnaise with hot chili sauce and lime juice in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
4. Oil grate, then grill burgers from frozen, with the lid closed, 5 to 7 min per side or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). Arrange cheese slices over burgers for the last 2 min of cooking to melt.
5. Toast buns on the grill, if desired. Smear bottom of buns with hot chili mayo, then top each with 1 burger. Top with pickled veg, cucumber and cilantro sprigs. Smear top buns with more hot chili mayo and sandwich. Serve immediately.
