Our Story

Opened by Janet in 2002 in quaint Bowmanville Glass Act’02 has grown along with the town from a small Ferment on Premise to one that is busting at the seams! We’re friendly and clean and willing to lend a hand and an ear almost any day of the week. We’re open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm Closed Sunday & Monday (everyone needs a break right?). We handle all kinds of different products here from 4 week wines that can be bottled and drank right away to those that require ageing like the 6 and 8 week wines. Fruit wines, Ice Wines and Ports! Come see us for all your Ferment on Premise and Home Winemaking (DIY) questions and products.
