What players will receive on ice:

2 x 1 hr sessions of skill work

What Goaltenders will receive on ice:

2 x 1hr sessions (30 mins of Goaltending drills & 30 mins with players)

What players will receive off ice:

1 x session with fitness instructor that will include either yoga, mobility or weight training;

2 x session off ice stick handling for players or Hand-eye coordination for goaltenders ;

1 x session with mental performance coach; and

Power Edge Pro jersey & water bottle.

Please let us know if you do, she seems to have forgotten how to pay for her carton of ci******es!! (Look I know girl we all get busy and forgetful but you grabbed them and sprinted right out the door!! It kinda looks on video that you may have trained for this event 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️) So if we can get this message out to our forgetful sprinter I’d like to help her with her memory problem, I have some great training exercises that will fix that right up!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
