Warehouse Manager
Responsible for the overall operations of the store and reports to the directors, ensures that set targets are met, Schedules pickup, delivery, and distribution of products, Forecasts peak delivery periods and issues appropriate work assignments. Collaborates with department heads to coordinate production, sales, record controls, and purchasing.

Liquor Store Supervisor

Reports to the manager
Oversee daily operations of the liquor store; including sales, inventory management, and customer service. - Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers. Maintaining daily stock operations

Cashiers
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate, collect payments whether in cash or credit, Issue receipts, refunds,, resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information, Greet customers when entering or leaving the store, Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas, Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Cleaner
Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around roffice buildings
lcleansans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed

store workers
receive, unpack, arrange and store goods, and gather, pack, prepare and load goods for dispatching. Warehouse workers check stock for damage and wear, report faults and discrepancies to relevant parties, and mark and label stock.

forklift operator r
Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

Sales agents
Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demos or presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.

Driver (with prdp license )

transporting people and goods and services from the distribution centers to various destinations. Local drivers operate vehicles and inspect the engine for any inconsistencies and system defects that may cause delays with the operations

Security guards
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Controls traffic by directing drivers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities

Administration clerk

Answers phone calls and emails. Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail. Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
