Ardnamurchan Cask Strength Release
Отново имаме двойно отлежаване - 90% в бърбън бъчви и 10% в шери. 87% с торф и 13% без торф, бутилирани при 58,1% ABV. С естествен цвят и без студена филтрация.
На нос усещаме крайбрежен торфен дим, ванилия и остра и ярка цитрусова кора.
Във вкуса откриваме морски торф, зрели плодове от овощна градина, топъл дъб и нежни нотки на черен пипер.
Финалът е дълъг с още торф с фина соленост на водорасли.

Ardnamurchan Cask Strength Release
This whisky is made up by 90% Bourbon matured stock and 10% Sherry matured. 87% of the casks were peated and 13% unpeated, bottled at 58.1% ABV. It’s un-chilfiltered and with its natural color.
On the nose we can sense coastal peat smoke, vanilla and tangy and bright citrus zest.
The palate has maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a gentle, warm black pepper spice.
The finish has lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.

Kingsbarns Doocot
Със сладкия си, плодов характер, Doocot е лек, интензивно плодов и флорален. Допълнен от богат цвят, идващ от висококачествените бъчви от бърбън, в които е отлежал. Състои се от същия висококачествен сприт, като първото издание - Dream to Dram, но е необезпокоявано за по-дълго отлежаване в дъб, което позволява да се развие сложността, като същевременно се поддържа баланс. Ще откриете, че основният стил на Kingsbarns е непроменен, само развит. Без студена филтрация. Мастър-блендърът Изабела Вимс
внимателно е подбрала комбинация от бивши бърбън и STR (обръснати, препечени и повторно овъглени) португалски бъчви от червено вино за отлежаването на Doocot. На нос усещаме сладост и цветя, мека кафява захар с бананова торта и тропически нотки. Във вкуса откриваме сироп от ананас, летни горски плодове и нотки на ревен.
На финала има киви и цитрусова кора.

Kingsbarns Doocot
Full of sweet, fruity character, Doocot is light, intensely fruity, floral and complemented by a rich colour coming from the high quality bourbon casks it has matured in. Comprising of the same liquid as the first release - Dream to Dram, but undisturbed for a longer oak maturation allowing
complexity to develop while maintaining balance, we hope you find the core Kingsbarns spirit still
remains firmly within. Non-chill filtere.
The Master Blender Isabella Wemyss has carefully selected a combination of Ex-Bourbon and STR
(shaved, toasted and re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine casks to mature Doocot.
On the nose we can sense sweet and floral notes, soft brown sugar with banana cake batter and
tropical fruits.
The palate has pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb.
The finish gives kiwi fruit and citrus zest

The Ardnamurchan distillery produces both a smoky Whisky and a non-smoky Whisky. The Adelphi Distillery, the parent company of Ardnamurchan, sources rare single casks of selected Malt Whisky as the Adelphi Selection.
On every bottle of Ardnamurchan Single Malt there is a QR code that can be used to trace the supply chain of the respective bottle. The distillery uses so-called 'blockchain technology' for this purpose. This allows the customer to call up various information, such as the fermentation period, which malt was selected or which casks were used for the maturation.

This exceptional expression is a harmonious blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez matured whiskies, artfully combined with both peated and unpeated distillates. AD/SHERRY CASK RELEASE (ADSCR0523) was filled in 2018 and matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks before bottling in 2023, making this whisky approximately 5 years old. Released in 13, 998 bottles.
