Maison L&M

We live in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Antwerp close to the major parks of the city. We live very close by to 'Den Brandt Park', 'Nightingale Park' and 'Middelheim Park', the latter full of art monuments (free entrance). I think those parks are among the most beautiful of Flanders and definitely the most beautiful of Antwerp. Our apartment is above the butchery next to the bakery with across the street a Carrefour Express. Within 100m you can find a pharmacy, a grocer, a fishmonger, a fromagerie, a pizzeria, a chip shop and a florist. Next door, on the corner of the street, is the most amazing Italian restaurant (La Bresaola (phone number hidden)), renowned and visited by people all across Antwerp. In Den Brandt Park (in the former coach house of the castle) you have an amazing restaurant (Danieli il Divino (phone number hidden)), in a gorgeous setting with fine prices and great staff, it's simply never disappointing! Wilrijk is also home to the largest Jain Temple (outside of India) constructed totally out of white marble.
