The Landolium shop is closed next week. We will be learning all about olive trees and their healthy oils at the Olive Oil School of Spain (ESAO). Meet Henri Cases, the owner and winemaker @ Domaine Saint Martin in Carcassonne. We first met in 2015, and ever since we are fans of his unique wines and blends, which hold grapes such as Marselan and Caladoc. The Domaine was founded in 1919 and to honor that, this absolutely fabulous Cuvée 1919 was crafted. As Henri puts it: un siècle de vin et de savoir-faire. Merci Henri! 🍷🍷🍷
