Our Story

Los Agaves are transformed to create the Belgian Mezcal Club, it is a platform to recognize the work of mezcal organizations, cooperatives, Maestras and Maestros. We will exclusively promote ethical, fair and ecologically sustainable products. We do not sell only show the products to be the bridge between the true creators and those interested in importing them. Once a month from May 31, we will open the doors of the club for 20 people interested in tasting this type of drinks, we invite all cooperatives to participate. We will combine it with small classes of traditional Mexican cuisine. The first session will be learning how to make corn tortillas and the definition of a taco, we will use bio ingredients, mostly local and we will also make vegetarian recipes. I hope to have your kind presence. Thank you

Los Agaves se transforman para crear el club de mezcal belga, es una plataforma para reconocer la labor de organizaciones, cooperativas, maestras y maestros mezcaleros. exclusivamente promocionaremos productos eticos, justos y ecologicamente sustentables. No vendemos solo mostramos los productos para poder ser el puente entre los verdaderos creadores y aquellos interesados en importarlos.

Una vez al mes a partir del 31 de Mayo, abriremos las puertas del club para 20 personas interesadas de degustar este tipo de bebidas, invitamos a todas las cooperativas a participar. Lo combinaremos con pequeñas clases de cocina tradicional mexicana. La primera sesion sera el aprender a hacer tortillas de maiz y la definicion de un taco, usaremos ingredientes bio, locales en su mayoria y haremos tambien recetas vegetarianas. Espero contar con su amable presencia.
