Avec ses 8,5%, cette blonde belge vous accueille avec des arômes fruités et épicés, mais une fois dedans, c'est comme monter dans un manège qui ne s'arrête jamais. Une gorgée et vous sentez déjà les éléphants roses débarquer !
Croyez-moi, cette bière porte bien son nom. Elle commence tout en douceur, puis elle vous prend par surprise.

Salut les aventuriers de la bière 🍺, Doctor Beer est de retour avec une prescription pour les audacieux : la Hilleveld de la brasserie Westkwartier, c’est le rollercoaster des papilles !
Cette Wild Pale Ale Sour, c’est un peu comme un saut en parachute gustatif. Une première gorgée et BAM, un tourbillon de fraîcheur acidulée vous embarque direct.
Les notes sauvages viennent secouer tout ça, comme si un vent de liberté soufflait dans votre verre.
Mais attention, ce n’est pas une bière pour les timides !
La Hilleveld, c’est la bière qui fait vibrer vos sens, le tout avec une pointe d’amertume pour ne pas oublier que la vie est pleine de surprises. À savourer si vous aimez les défis... et les sensations fortes !

Salut les amateurs de binouze 🍺, ici Doctor Beer pour vous parler de la Moinette de la brasserie Dupont ! Avec ses 8,5%, cette bière blonde belge est la combinaison parfaite entre douceur et caractère bien trempé. Une première gorgée et c'est comme si un orchestre de saveurs fruitées et légèrement amères jouait un concert dans votre bouche. Mais attention, derrière son sourire sage, elle cache un petit côté fêtard. Elle commence tranquille, mais elle vous fera danser avant la fin de la soirée ! La Moinette, c'est la bière qui sait passer du canapé au dancefloor sans prévenir. À vos pintes, et bon courage pour suivre le rythme !

📖 La brasserie En Stoemelings existe depuis 2015 et a été initié par deux amis bruxellois.
Après s'être d'abord installée dans le quartier populaire des Marolles, la brasserie a ensuite déménagé sur le site de Tour & Taxis.
Un peu à contre-courant du mouvement craft avec leurs premières créations, ils décident en 2021 de lancer leur IPA. Ça sera la Jawa.

👀 La Jawa IPA est de couleur jaune légèrement orange.
Sa mousse est fine, grasse et stable
Elle ne bénéficie d'aucune pétillance.

👃 Au nez, vous retrouverez des notes houblonnées et fruitées telles que la mandarine, le pamplemousse et le pin

👄 La bouche est très agréable, fruitée (mandarine et fruits exotiques), maltée (biscuit), l'amertume est bien balancée et pas envahissante. La fin de bouche est épicée et herbacée.
Une Belgian IPA tout en douceur

Je vous conseille d'accompagner cette bière avec un burger épicé

📖 The brewery has been in existence since 2015 and was initiated by two friends from Brussels.
After first settling in the popular district of Les Marolles, the brewery then moved to the site of Tour & Taxis.
A little against the trend of craft with their first creations, they decide in 2021 to launch their IPA. It will be the Jawa.

👀 The Jawa IPA is yellow in color slightly orange.
Its foam is fine, oily and stable
It has no fuel.

👃 On the nose, you will find hops and fruity notes such as tangerine, grapefruit and pine

👄 The mouth is very pleasant, fruity (tangerine and exotic fruits), malty (biscuit), the bitterness is well balanced and not invasive. The finish is spicy and grassy.
A Belgian IPA with a gentle touch

I advise you to accompany this beer with a spicy burger

[Ciney Blonde]

La Ciney Blonde est une Belgian Pale Ale créé en 1980 sous l'impulsion de Roger Demarche qui voulait offrir une gamme de bières à son village de Ciney. Elle était alors brassée à la brasserie de Mont-Saint-Guibert, elle fût rachetée en 2000 et est aujourd'hui brassée à Alken tout en gardant sa recette originale.
La Ciney Blonde est de couleur dorée légèrement orangée et d'une limpidité cristaline. Elle est dotée d'une mousse fine et abondante et est servie dans son verre atypique et célèbre.
Malgré son succès, on est face à une bière spéciale qui pourrait être nommée Belgian Pale Ale aromatique, et ses 7° n'en font pas une bière de soif.
Les arômes puissants développés par la Ciney Blonde sont les fruits, le miel et le bonbon.
En bouche, malgré ses 7°, on est face à une bière assez ronde et douce et légèrement fruitée à la banane, la poire et le melon.
Tout est en équilibre et on profite pleinement de l'amertume maîtrisée.
C'est une bière très fraîche avec une certaine longueur.

Je conseille d'accompagner cette bière d'une bonne vollaile.

[Ciney Blonde]
Type: Belgian Pale Ale
Degree: 7°
Brewery: Alken

The Ciney Blonde is a Belgian Pale Ale created in 1980 under the impulse of Roger Demarche who wanted to offer a range of beers to his village of Ciney. It was brewed at the brewery of Mont-Saint-Guibert, it was bought in 2000 and is now brewed at Alken while keeping its original recipe.
The Ciney Blonde is of a slightly orange golden colour and crystalline clarity. It has a fine and abundant foam and is served in its famous and unusual glass.
Despite its success, we are facing a special beer that could be called Belgian Pale Ale aromatique, and its 7° does not make it a thirst beer.
The powerful aromas developed by Ciney Blonde are fruit, honey and candy.
In the mouth, despite its 7°, it is a rather round and sweet beer with slightly fruity banana, pear and melon.
Everything is in balance and we fully enjoy the bitterness under control.
It is a very cold beer with a certain length.

I advise to accompany this beer with a good chicken.

📖 La Brasserie a installé ses locaux à Forest dans la ville de Bruxelles et brasse ses bières à la brasserie

👀 La couleur de la robe est jaune paille voilée.
La mousse est fine, crémeuse et grasse et est bien persistante.
On notera aussi une fine effervescence de fines bulles.

👃 Au nez, vous retrouverez une explosion d'arômes fruités. Ça sent les vacances avec des notes de fruits exotiques, d'agrumes et de pamplemousse

👄 La bouche est fraîche et rafraîchissante, l'amertume est maîtrisée et accompagne les saveurs fruitées.
Ça pétille bien en bouche et le but d'avoir une bière pintable est trouvé malgré le manque de corps.

Je vous conseille d'accompagner cette bière avec un plat de porc à l'ail à la Thaïlandaise 🤤

[Fractal]

📖 Brasserie has set up shop in Forest, Brussels and brews its beers at the brewery

👀 The color of the robe is straw yellow veiled.
The foam is fine, creamy and oily and is well persistent.
We also note a fine effervescence of fine bubbles.

👃 On the nose, you will find an explosion of fruity aromas. It smells like holidays with notes of exotic fruits, citrus and grapefruit

👄 The palate is fresh and refreshing, the bitterness is controlled and accompanies fruity flavors.
It sparkles well in the mouth and the goal of having a pintable beer is found despite the lack of body.

I advise you to accompany this beer with a Thai pork dish 🤤

Cette bière a la particularité d'être brassée uniquement pendant la pleine suite à une tradition ancienne venant de l'abbaye cistercienne Paix Dieu. Elle est brassée maintenant par la brasserie
Elle est de couleur blonde dorée et légèrement trouble car non filtrée.
Disposant d'une mousse très blanche et crémeuse.
Les arômes houblonnés fruités et épicés sont très agréables et nous invitent à une dégustation.
Les saveurs sont houblonnées avec des notes de fruits et de levure.
Cette bière n'a quasiment pas d'amertume et une jolie rondeur qui nous font oublier les 10°.

Je conseille du foie gras pour l'accompagner.

This beer has the particularity of being brewed only during full following an ancient tradition coming from the Cistercian abbey Peace God. It is now brewed by the brewery
It is golden blonde and slightly cloudy because unfiltered.
With a very white and creamy foam.
The fruity and spicy hops aromas are very pleasant and invite us to a tasting.
The flavours are hoppy with notes of fruit and yeast.
This beer has almost no bitterness and a nice roundness that make us forget the 10°.

I recommend foie gras to accompany it.
