Something special… GlenAllachie 30y Batch 4! This antique single malt exudes sheer Sherry-matured sophistication. Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected three Pedro Ximénez and two Oloroso casks from amongst an enviable inventory of ultra-aged stocks. The vintage Sherry puncheons and hogsheads have unified to create a truly magnificent single malt abundant in forest fruits, gooey chocolate fondant and wild Scottish honey tones.
We proudly present The GlenAllachie 30-year-old Batch 4 with integrity; at its cask strength of 49.1%, without added colouring or chill filtration, allowing the extraordinary liquid within the bottle to speak for itself.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dark chocolate, honeycomb and raisin butter, with hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup and glazed almonds.

Taste: Rich cocoa, heather honey and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, grape must and orchard fruits.

Chartreuse is a French herbal liqueur available in green and yellow versions that differ in taste and alcohol content.
—
The liqueur has been made by Carthusian monks since 1737 according to instructions set out in a manuscript given to them by François Annibal d’Estrées in 1605. It was named after the monks’ Grande Chartreuse monastery, located in the Chartreuse Mountains north of Grenoble.

Today the liqueur is produced in their distillery in nearby Aiguenoire. It is composed of distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers.

The new Havana Club Don Navarro was created in tribute to the late José Pablo Navarro Campa, who received the title of ‘primer maestro del ron Cubano’ (first master of Cuban rum) in 2000. He died in September 2020.

Havana Club says Navarro had devoted 50 years of his life to making rum and had pushed boundaries in Cuban rum, including the creation of Havana Club 7 in the 1970s using continuous ageing techniques.

Anne Martin, global marketing director for the brand, said: “It’s an honour to pay tribute to the father of Cuban rum as only we know how and enjoy it today with an extraordinary offering from the Havana Club cellars.

“When we welcomed all the maestros to our San José Distillery, we remembered don Navarro who used to say that ‘rum is not born from a magical combination. It is a cultural heritage that is transmitted from maestro to maestro, from heart to heart, from Cuban to Cuban’.”

Bombarda Drake is a tasty dark rum in a quite unique bottle. A canon of a bottle!

The rum is natural in color, contains no flavorings, caramel for coloring or sugars. non-chill filtered, so all flavors are optimally retained and transferred. Bombarda Drake matured for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels for a smoother taste.

Five different rum types were chosen for the blend from respectively: Jamaica, Barbados, Guatema, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. Nice and pure, ‘on the rocks’ and of course a reliable partner for your cocktail.

Belgian Owl tasting!

For this exclusive edition, Master distiller Etienne Bouillon met Miguel Martins from the cooperage José Y Miguel S.L., They shared their knowledge, experiences, vision and tasted the Belgian Owl Single Malt Whiskey together.

Together they looked for the right barrels to bring completely new flavors to the Whiskey. The barrels used for this first limited edition are barrels made from Spanish oak in which Pedro Ximenes Sherry has matured. The Belgian Owl whisky, which first matured for 5 years in First Fill Bourbon barrels, was finished in these Sherry Pedro Ximenes barrels.

The first version consists of a finish of less than 1 month. This causes the color and taste of the whiskey to change naturally. You will notice that this whiskey is much darker in color and more intense in taste.

What better on a rainy day than a great peated whisky to warm you up! Longrow 18y - limited edition!

First distilled in 1973, Longrow is a double distilled, heavily peated single malt produced at Springbank Distillery in Campeltown. The malt is peat dried for up to 48 hours to give the whisky a unique Campeltown-style smoky character. Less than 100 casks of Longrow are filled each year.

Flor de Caña 130 Anniversary was released in honor of Flor de Cana's 130th anniversary in 2020. It is sustainably produced, from field to bottle, and is Carbon Neutral and Fair Trade certified. A blend of hand-selected rums aged naturally in bourbon barrels for approximately two decades without artificial ingredients or added sugars, distilled with 100% renewable energy. It has beautiful carmel tones, aromas of nutmeg and Jamaican pepper. In the mouth you taste flavors such as dark chocolate with roasted nuts and dark herbs. This is an excellent rum to enjoy on its own.

Havana Club 15 year old is a blend of high-quality reserve rums that have been aged in white oak barrels for at least 15 years in Cuba's hot and humid tropical climate, producing a high percentage of "angel’s share” and gives this exceptional rum its unmistakable dry and flavorful nuance. The long, careful maturation leads to a characteristic and very tasty rum. Expect a rich character in which dried fruit, raisins, spices and chocolate stand out.
