🍚 Ivo's mastery of rice preparation is legendary, and he'll be gracing us with his presence to share his expertise in creating a traditional paella for our ratafia friends. It doesn’t get better than that! 🤤

We'll be pouring this beauty at our next tasting on the 17th of March! From Celler Solà i Clàssic, this Garnatxa & Carinyena blend from vines over 60 years old will melt your palate. Aged for 18 months in French oak and 100% organic, Solà Clàssic Red is living proof of a tradition that goes back to 1777.

Joan Pujades from Mas de la Caçadora will be co-hosting our next tasting on the 17th of March. His wines started under the denomination of origin from the Montsant region, but he soon decided that labels were not for him, following his vast experience and instinct to create honest and mesmerizing wines. In his "rebel winery", as he calls it, nature rules and nothing can tame it but patience, love, and dedication.🌿🍇

🥇⚗️🧙🏻‍♀️ Homemade Ratafia Contest🥇⚗️🧙🏻‍♀️Yes, you read right! It’s time we gather around the open fire and find out who has the skills and the guts to make a homemade RATAFIA worthy of the name. Enrol and let the jury decide your fate!

How to participate?
If you joined on our ratafia workshop last Summer, bring a sample of your creation to Artkom next Sunday 11/12 before 16h. You will enter the contest and have the chance to win our first homemade ratafia contest (and also a nice price).

If you missed the workshop but you made a homemade beverage you want people to try, you are more than welcome! For more information, send us a dm.
