Thank you to all our partners who joined us for the 2nd Annual Prestige Division Portfolio & Retrospective Tasting. Since 1994, it has been our mission to provide our customers with a selection of high-quality and small-production wines. We are proud to partner with creative and passionate winemakers who make sustainable premium wines and provide them to our partners who share these values.

Throughout the day, we were honored to host over 150 attendees who were able to taste some of the most dynamic and exciting fine-wine producers in our portfolio.

We thank you all for your continued support, partnership, and celebration of our 30th Anniversary. We look forward to hosting you at our next tasting!

We were honored to partner with in the East Village last week for a sensational wine dinner featuring Wines and Michelle Sakazaki.

Tsukimi’s modern take on kaiseki provided the canvas for revelatory pairing experiences of multiple vintages of Kazumi Napa Valley Koshu and Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon Skellinger Vineyard.

It’s here! Strawberry Rhubarb Gin from has landed. Formerly known as the “Summer Gin”, this delicious gin is crafted with the usual core botanicals (juniper, coriander, cassia bark…) in addition to summer botanicals like fresh grapefruit peel, fresh blood orange peel, Catskills grown rhubarb, a touch of honey, and of course strawberries.

We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with and to introduce the wines to distribution in New York this summer!

Kazumi is revolutionizing the Napa Valley wine scene with its innovative production of Koshu, a traditional Japanese grape variety. Founded by Japanese American Michelle Sakazaki in 2015, Kazumi welcomed acclaimed winemaker Kale Anderson in 2016.

Together, Michelle and Kale have made history by being the first to produce Koshu in the United States. This sophisticated grape yields delicate, umami-rich wines with a unique saline character and boundless potential for pairing with refined epicurean cuisine.

Michelle Sakazaki is boldly redefining Napa Valley’s wine landscape, pushing the boundaries of what this iconic region can offer, while authentically honoring her heritage of being born in California and raised in Tokyo.

Kale Anderson is a graduate of UC Davis and has worked at Colgin Cellars, Terra Valentine Winery, Cliff Lede Vineyards, and was the Director of Winemaking at Pahlmeyer Winery from 2012 – 2016. After fifteen vintages, Kale began consulting in 2016.

Kazumi will be available in very limited quantities in New York this summer. We’re honored to debut the first to market Napa Valley Koshu 2023 and Cabernet Sauvignon Skellenger Vineyard Napa Valley 2021.

This unexpected alliance demonstrates Empirical’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of flavor and creating delicious, multi-sensorial experiences.

Empirical, founded in Copenhagen in 2017, is a flavor company. Lars Williams (founder) has a mission to push the boundaries of how we experience flavor and create unique, unexpected taste experiences. Guided by a child-like curiosity about how the world works, blended with a knack for tinkering, exploration, and continual refinement, Empirical has custom-built machinery, developed hybrid fermentation techniques, and augmented low-temperature distillation to create the best flavors possible.

They’ll be pouring their core line and the viral flavored spirit (!!), as well as a special cocktail during the whole event, but come by to learn all the nitty gritty details from 5 - 7PM on Wednesday 6/12. Link to event tickets in bio!

The Rum Walnut Alexander! A fun one adapted by our very own @minyungee from @imbibe. Here’s how we made it: • 2oz @farnorthspirits Ålander Spiced Rum • 1oz @faccia_brutto_spirits Nocino • 1oz heavy cream • 1oz Demerara syrup • Optional chocolate shaving garnish All you need is a shaker, strainer, and a coupe.
