On Friday, our staff had the oportunity to learn more about Egon Müller and Unterlind from Veronika Bollig-Litner.

Egon Müller's wines are world renowned, a family owned estate in the Mosel since 1797. The Unterlind wines are a joint venture between Veronika and her husband Heiner Bollig. Veronika and Heiner work with Egon, serving as sales director and cellar master, respectively.

Thank you for the Pinot Bianco and Gewürtztraminer, both great wines for your shelves or bottle list.

The Pinot Bianco is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflexes. Very fine bouquet, soft notes of apple. Straightforward on the palate with an elegant freshness, minerality, and fine structure.

The Gewürtztraminer is absolutely gorgeous in its vibrant, varietal fruit. This is a steely, mineral-driven Gewürztraminer with terrific depth, richness and vibrancy. The finish is long, pure, and sublime.

The Rum Walnut Alexander! A fun one adapted by our very own @minyungee from @imbibe. Here’s how we made it: • 2oz @farnorthspirits Ålander Spiced Rum • 1oz @faccia_brutto_spirits Nocino • 1oz heavy cream • 1oz Demerara syrup • Optional chocolate shaving garnish All you need is a shaker, strainer, and a coupe.
