Terms and conditions set herein are applicable to all the orders and deliveries of The Legal Souvenirs.
I. The Legal Souvenirs (TLS) hereby RESERVES right to cancel any order placed without prior notice.
II. TLS makes every effort and exercises reasonable care to ENSURE that product(s) or souvenir(s) to be delivered or being delivered is well taken care of and of premium quality and obtained from sources or outsourced to the entity believed to be reliable, authentic and tested. However, TLS doesn’t GUARANTEE the quality, accuracy or completeness of the product(s) or souvenir(s) nor does it UNDERTAKE any liability whatsoever for any direct or consequential loss arising from purchasing any souvenir(s) or use thereof.
III. TLS's delivery partner is chosen considering its satisfactory track record. However, TLS doesn't BEAR any liability or responsibility whatsoever due to any handling mismanagement caused by the delivery partner.
IV. TLS SHALL NOT BE liable for orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided by the customer. Customer is obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of the order, including the delivery address and contact information.
V. All trademarks, logos and images uploaded on internet including Facebook or elsewhere including these Terms as displayed herein, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of TLS and/or third parties who have obtained permission for the use (collectively the “Trademarks”). One may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these Trademarks in any way without the prior express written consent. The use of TLS's trademarks elsewhere not approved is strictly prohibited.
VI. Customer hereby ACKNOWLEDGES that the delivery time as provided is only an estimate and order may arrive earlier or later. To ensure smooth delivery of an order, customer should ensure that either himself or someone is at the delivery location to receive the order once an order is placed.
If no one was present or available to receive the order OR the customer was uncontactable despite attempts to reach via the phone number provided OR lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the order successfully OR lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the order, TLS doesn't take any liability or responsibility for these reasons caused by the customer.
VII. If customer remains uncontactable or fails to receive the order despite the delivery man having taken reasonable steps and waited for reasonable time, TLS RESERVES the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy to customer.
VIII. Customer MUST check the product(s) or souvenir(s) at the time of receiving the order from the delivery man and MUST make objection, if any, in front of the delivery man. Any objection or complaint after that will not be ENTERTAINED by TLS.
IX. In case of instant or advanced payment following an offer or otherwise, customer is LIABLE for checking the bkash/nagad or any other account number. Any complaint regarding sending payment to incorrect number SHALL not be entertained.
X. Customer hereby ACKNOWLEDGES that the terms and conditions set herein are directly applied to every order once the same is placed through email, page inbox or over the phone or via any other media. It is IRRELEVANT whether customer read or understood or was aware of these terms and conditions.
