Hey Legends!

It’s a BIG week Legends! Exciting new brews are now in!

New this week from Future Brewing, Principle, Rocky Ridge, Banks, One Drop, Philter, White Bay, Mountain Culture, Range, and Sunday Road.

Local Legends Principle have just released their Black Lager which is a collab with His Boy Elroy and we’re really looking forward to this brew.

Future Brewing’s latest three beers are now in store. A Hazy WCIPA, DDH Hazy Pale and a DDH Hazy DIPA to get excited about and get stuck into this weekend.

One Drop’s latest drops for the month are in. An amazing five new brews including a huge new Pastry Stout, three new Smoothie beers, and a Hazy DIPA. We also have some more of their Peach Hard Iced Tea back in - this was great and hugely popular.

Two of Banks’ newest beers this week, including the latest Cake Eater with Motueka & Nelson Sauvin, as well as a WCIPA. Super limited.

Four exciting Rocky Ridge brews including a White Stout, Chocolate Stout, Oat Cream IPA and a Cali IPA.

Hey Legends!

New this week from local legends Seeker, Range, Dangerous Ales, Stone&Wood, White Bay and Good Folk.

Seeker’s GABS beer is finally in! It’s a Rum Barrel Aged Stout, aged in Brix Distillery Rum barrels for over a year. It’s a truly special beer, perfect for these cooler days. Very limited so first in best dressed. Their other new brew is a clean and crisp IPA, hopped up with the 2023 Pink Boots blend. It’s called Boots and Cats. The Pink Boots blend is a partnership between Yakima Chief and Pink Boots Society, providing educational opportunities to women and non-binary individuals in the fermented and alcoholic beverages industry. Supporting a great cause so let’s get behind this!

Good folk are new for us but have been doing great things up Newcastle way. Their focus is great beer with minimal fuss, and not taking themselves too seriously. Their beers have been getting rave reviews and we have two of their brews in this week, an IPA and a NEIPA.

Dangerous Ales new Stout is in and we’re excited for it… sounds sooo good. It’s an Imperial Stout with a larger than life body. Delicious rum, raisin, dried fruit and cherry flavours with a chocolate, creamy finish. Yum.

A couple of new stouts from White Bay and Range, as well as a DDH DIPA from Range to add to the mix. Stout season is definitely upon us 🍻

Hey Legends!

Just a couple of new Stouts for this week. One from Dangerous Ales, being their Danger Island Pinot Oak Aged Stout, which was their GABS beer this year.

The other is the highly anticipated Imperial Donut Stout from Mountain Culture done in collaboration with the famous Grumpy Donuts in the Inner West of Sydney. Rumour has it over 1000 Grumpy Donuts went into this beer. Both beers are heavy hitters coming in at over 10% ABV. It’s the perfect weather for Stout drinking, and we’re starting to see some more come through for the season.

Hey Legends!

Massive week this week!

New from Rocky Ridge, Bonehead, Working Title, One Drop, Future Brewing, Mountain Culture, Range, Reckless, Hawkers, as well as the long awaited return of Gweilo’s hugely popular and great brew Rainbow Sherbert Sour.

We also managed to get our hands on the very last case of Future Brewing’s Big Three TIPA from a couple of weeks back. This beer is sooo good, and we can vouch for their two new releases which we have in this week.

We have both Working Title’s and Rocky Ridge’s birthday beers in. The last two birthday beers from Working Title. Rocky Ridge’s HUGE 7th birthday beers are in this week and we’ve been waiting for these! Based around the Seven Deadly Sins and all collabs with outstanding breweries you know and love, with a surprise 8th beer 8 way collab with all the breweries combined. These are super limited so be quick. We may just be the only ones in the Gong to get these.

There’s some fantastic beers in this week for you to enjoy and we’re very excited to get stuck into them ourselves.

It’s another massive week of new craft beers! 🍻

New this week from Future Brewing, One Drop, Hop Nation, Range, Garage Project, Reckless Brewing, Mountain Culture and Banks Brewing.

We’re super excited and have waited somewhat patiently (not really) to finally be one of the select few to get Future Brewing in store. Future Brewing is an independent microbrewery in St Peters, Sydney. Their focus is on high quality beer using forward thinking brewing techniques, creating balance and flavour in every beer they brew. They aim to push boundaries of modern brewing while respecting the methods of the past.

They’re rated one of the best breweries going around and we can see why. We have three brews in from these legends this week, Hardly Ever, Rogue Star and Big Three TDH Hazy TIPA.

One Drop released five beers this week including three exciting new sours that we know are going to be out of this world, as well as Sketch Pastry Imperial Stout and Liquid Phantasm DIPA.

From Range we have a new Oat Cream IPA, DIPA and West Coast IPA. Garage Project’s May drop includes Salad Grind, All The Things, Single Fruit Feijoa and Cabbages & Kings.

Banks have two collab beers this week, first with legends Mountain Culture in Where Dreams Go To Die, then with Cloudwater in Mind The Gap. There’s also a new California IPA Roller Skate Dancing from these legends. Super limited.

Hey Legends!

New this week from Seeker, Stoic, Mountain Culture, Principle, Kicks, Ocean Reach and Hawkers, plus a whole range of new imported beers from Belgium, Germany and Denmark. We also have Principle’s two new North Hard Seltzers which have just dropped! Can’t wait to try these.

Stoic have released their freshly canned Hazy Pale Ale this week. It’s a modern style Pale Ale showcasing Riwaka, a NZ hop which presents citrus and grapefruit notes.

Seeker’s back with another incredibly juicy release with Strawberry Fields Smoothie Sour. It has the most fruit they’ve ever tried to jam into a beer. Also packed with creamy oats, milk sugar and banana to make it super thicc and lush.

Mountain Culture this week brings Jingle Jangles, an electric Oat Cream IPA that is the epitome of balance between flavour and texture. Picture succulent mangos and peaches. Their other release this week is Tropical London NEIPA, a well thought out IPA that gives notes of mango, guava, lychee and grapefruit to make it feel like a tropical oasis.

Hawkers Double WCIPA is back! This goes super quick so run, don’t walk! They also have three new beers, Blue Ring Thai IPA, Nailing The Feng Shui Rye IPA and Retrovision Hoppy Brown. You won’t want to miss these.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had Kicks in store and we just got hold of their May releases which are being rated highly. May sees the release of Stitch Up, a double Hazy IPA, Dulcet Tones Imperial Stout and Savoir Faire IPA. Super limited so don’t miss out.

This week sees new from Akasha, Dangerous Ales, Philter, White Bay and Mountain Culture.

After quite a few massive weeks this week gives us a chance to catch up on all the fantastic new brews we’ve seen come into store recently.

Mountain Culture have released two new beers for the week. Full Sabacc is a new NEIPA brewed for International Star Wars Day celebrated tomorrow, May 4th. Using NZ and American Hops that give a complex profile on a body of creamy and luscious goodness. The other newbie is a West Coast IPA using all their favourite Australian hops which have been added at multiple stages to the brew and in plentiful amounts. May The Fourth be with you!

Akasha has released their annual Wooden Leg IIIPA. It’s a massive West Coast style triple IPA featuring Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops on a biscuity malt base. A dense melody of dank, piney resin intertwining with citrus and hints of pineapple and passion fruit. Made for big flavor and artful balance, it has a sweet-bitter finish making each sip a layered and mouth filling experience.

Dangerous Ales new Mount Cooked is a NZ Hazy IPA brewed with a thiolized yeast strain, with bursts of super juicy ripe nectarine flavours complemented by a subtle dankness and the earthy richness of h**p seeds.

Philter’s new limited release is an ode to an Irish Stout. With a light body and dry finish, it’s full of espresso, dark chocolate and subtle dried fruit flavours.

White Bay have a new Triple Dry Hopped Hazy IPA using Mosaic, Strata and Nelson Sauvin. It’s tropical, smooth and juicy. Their other new release is Wet Punch, a Fresh Hopped IPA brewed within 24 hours of picking up 20kg of fresh hop cones from high country Victoria and getting them into this beer, resulting in about as fresh as hoppy beer can be.

Hey Legends!

New drops from Range, Jervis Bay, Mountain Culture, Deeds, One Drop, Seeker, Rocky Ridge, Bracket, Bonehead and Philter’s 7th Birthday XPA beer.

Bracket’s three latest beers are in and we’re excited. There’s a California style DIPA, a new and smashing it Triple IPA and a DDH IPA.

Local Legends Seeker have two brand new beers in, Triple Double IPA and Funky Drummer Hazy IPA. Been looking forward to these since they were announced.

Final drop of the month from legends One Drop, including a collab with Garage Project which is a Hazy DIPA named Home Land & Sea. There’s also a Lassi Gose, new Smoothie Sour and a White Pastry Stout Golden Stout De Leche. These are already going quick.

Range have done a series called the F Series, collaborating with four breweries beginning with F. These include Finback from New York City, Fox Friday from Hobart, Found from Perth and Up and comers Future Brewing from Sydney. These are super limited and not to be missed.

From Jervis Bay we have their latest in the School Of Hops Series which is Volume 7, Victoria Fresh Hop Hazy IPA. We know how good Volume 6 was so we’re excited for this.

Mountain Culture this week have released Harry Thiols: Sign Of The Times Thiolised NEIPA. It’s taken them 12 months to get this beer in your hands thanks to a truly impressive amount of research on how to make a truly Thiolised NEIPA by their innovation team.

From Deeds two new brews including a collab with Off Trail in Japan in the form of Momo, a Peach Tart Blonde. The other is Black Metal Cherry Chocolate Imperial Stout.

Hey Legends!

It’s been a huge few weeks of new crafties and this week is no exception! We have new beers in from Esker, Working Title, Banks, Stoic, Mountain Culture, Garage Project, Range and Hop Nation.

Working Title have three new releases including their birthday West Coast IPA not to be missed. There’s also a smashing Cherry Flanders Red and NZ Hazy IPA to be enjoyed.

Local Legends Stoic have released their 2024 Straight From The Bine and it’s a Fresh Hop IPA this year. Can vouch for that and their new NZ Pilsner which are both tasting great.

Three new from the legends at Banks including a WCIPA, a new Oat Cream IPA and a DIPA. ALL tasting fantastic!

Two new from Mountain Culture who just keep those great beers coming. This week sees the release of a collab with Wildflower from Marrickville and Cloudburst Brewing from Seattle USA, who have been making some of the boldest and brightest IPAs since 2015. The other is a New World Pilsner collab with West Coast Brewing from Shizuoka, Japan. Not to be missed.

Range have dropped three new out of this world Space themed beers including a DDH DIPA, brand new Oat Cream IPA and DDH IPA. Double Ramen is a collab with Teenage Brewing in Japan, a DDH DIPA coming in at 9% ABV.

We have four new from Garage Project for their April drop including their Warming Irish Stout Snug. Just give the can a couple of gentle shakes, crack the lid, pour vigourously into a glass and sit back with a grin while a cascade of tiny nitrogen bubbles slowly rises to form a creamy head atop this silkly smooth, pitch black stout. There’s also two Hazy IPAs to enjoy plus Cottonmouth, a dank Blueberry & Cotton Candy Milkshake Sour. Yum.

Hey Legends!

Another massive week of new beers! New from Seeker, Sunday Road, Mountain Culture, One Drop, Bracket, Dainton, Fox Friday, Hop Nation x Mountain Culture collab, and Range.

We have local legends Seeker’s fresh as new birthday beers Sabro Society Oat Cream DIPA and Red Wizard Red IPA. We’re very excited for these and Happy 2nd Birthday to these legends!

From One Drop we have four new beers including a collab with Uchu Brewing in Japan, together creating an amazing Smoothie Cream Sour Ale. Plus we managed to get some more of the Liquid Chocolate which flew out the door last time. Second chance for those that missed out or those wanting more of this fantastic beer.

Range Brewing have a new Double IPA plus a Double Dry Hopped Cali IPA which have been super popular brews of late.

We have the highly anticipated Hop Nation x Mountain Culture collab Grouse Southern. It mixes NZ and Australian hops together and stacks them onto a smooth and silky malt base which makes for a hazy beer that’s lush while maintaining a dry finish and is easy drinking. Plenty of peach, pineapple, pine and citrus.

Also two new Mountain Culture brews in, and haven’t they just been nailing it, so we’re very excited for Sick Transitions and Better Than Lego.

Fox Friday have three new limiteds this week plus we have the hugely popular WCIPA back in stock. The new brews are an IPA, Red IPA and a Hazy IPA.

Four exciting new brews from Bracket’s latest drop including a Hazy IPA, Hazy Pale, DDH IPA and a whopping TIPA collab with legends One Drop, this has got to be good!

Don’t miss Sunday Road’s Vintage Harvest IPA and excited for another Red IPA in Sunseeker. Two more winners from this brewery.

Hey Legends!

New this week from local legends Seeker, Mountain Culture, Range Brewing, Hop Nation and Garage Project.

Range has brought out four new very JUICY beers brewed for their Juicy Beer Fest. There’s an Oat Cream IPA, DDH IPA, DIPA and a massive DDH TIPA coming in at 10.2% ABV. They’re all brewed with an amazing selection of different hops and sure to be fantastic.

Local Legends Seeker have brought back Sapphire Coast Wet Hop Pale to their menu. It’s perfect for those laid back days, with the promise of a refreshing brew.

Garage Project have three new brews in this month. Beyond The Pale Lolly Scramble has acid drops, raspberry drops, gummies and marshmallows thrown into the boil. Then there’s Los Gatos, a California IPA and finally, re-entry of Escape from The Temple Of Haze, a real mouthful of an East Coast style.

From Hop Nation and just in time for Easter we have a Chocolate Stout with three uniquely toasted malts alongside specialty oats and the addition of vanilla beans, milk, sugar and cacao nibs. Smooth and creamy, enjoy this delicate soft stout. Their other new release is Big Tings, a Hazy IPA using Citra Incognito & Citra Cryo, with a hit if citrus, Vic Secret imparts ripe pineapple, Nelson Sauvin tropical melon & Taliu a creamy citrus character to round out a bright, fruit driven profile.

Mountain Culture’s Betamax release is an Oat Cream IPA with bold flavours of stone fruit and citrus with coconut undertones. It has tropical aromas with a soft, creamy mouthfeel.

Hey Legends!

New brewery for us this week is Esker from the Hills Region, NSW. These are award winning beers so come give them a try if you haven’t come across them already.

‘Our idea behind Esker centres around life’s journey being a path. A path that takes you on winding adventures, be it around the world, or simply around Sydney. You could be chasing a career, travelling the far reaches of the earth, or just going for a bushwalk in Bidjigal Reserve.

One Drop have released their first drop for the month of March. Get ready for an exciting One Drop x Range Brewing collab in Not Even DDH Hoppy Ale. There’s also Pressure Drop Snoothie Sour, Ready Or Not Hazy IPA and Shiverman WCIPA.

Two new releases from White Bay including Essence Of Time Session Hazy IPA and Reverence West Coast Pils.

From Ocean Reach we have Reverse It West Coast IPA and Flip It East Coast IPA. There’s also a Coconut and Mango Snoothie Sour from Big Shed this week.

This week’s Range Brewing releases include the latest JAM: Raspberry & Blackberry Double Fruited Sour Ale. Thicc, super juicy, with a nice acid to cut through some of the luscious mountains of raspberry & blackberry. There’s also Look Busy which is a brand new Hazy DIPA that’s absolutely chock full of Citra, with some Cashmere and Nectaron to amp up the tropical vibes of this brew.
