New cheese alert!

Section 28 Artisan Cheeses is a small artisan producer based in the Adelaide Hills handcrafting alpine style cheeses of the highest quality using traditional methods and ageing inspired by classic European cheeses.

Sunrise is a classic semi-hard alpine cheese made using raw milk and the spent lees from Pétillant-naturel. Chardonnay lees are collected as the pet-bag is racked mid vintage. The cheese is then washed twice per week with diluted lees for a minimum of three months to infuse the unique floral, fruity notes from the rind.

Simply sublime, and a great follow up to the First König it replaces!

Friday the 13th, what better day to begin the next chapter of Tendril Wine Store!

From 4pm today we begin offering a small selection of food to enjoy with a glass or bottle. The full menu will be available from 4pm to 8pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a slightly reduced menu outside of those times. Feel free to call in for a glass at any time and we’ll accommodate as best we can.

These changes see the Friday wine tasting move to Saturday’s between 2pm and 4pm. Come for a taste, grab a bottle for home and linger with a glass and a snack!
