About the Role: NightOwl Wakerley is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. We prefer candidates with a background in fuel convenience retail. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required.
Responsibilities: Overseeing daily store operations Managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service Maintaining inventory and stock levels Implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:Previous experience in fuel convenience retail is preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Salary Package:Competitive salary ranging from $59k to $65k, depending on experience
