Casual Customer experience staff wanted
We are Tractorless Vineyard, the original biodynamic and sustainable winery of the Southern Highlands. Industry leading sustainable techniques, wines and customer service are the cornerstones of our winery and we are seeking like minded passionate individuals to join our team to take our customers on this regenerative culinary journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking casuals in Bowral, Vincentia, Sydney and Canberra to work at our Cellar doors and market stores.
You would be working along side our current Bowral team help us share our story and our wines across NSW
The role will require you to be self motivated and take people on a journey of sustainable wines. Whist we are looking to fill casual positions at some of our venues there is also opportunity for the right person to expand their hours and salary into our guided at home tasting experiences.
Conduct cellar door wine tasting journeys
Set up and run regular market stalls
Manage stock levels
Daily cash management
We have positions for all levels with plenty of opportunities to grow and expand. You do not need to know about wine or our sustainable techniques but you do need to know how to tell a story and give great customer experiences.
