For the near future we will only be open for BOOKINGS only we are short staff over the harvest and so not able to attend our Beachside cellar door every weekend.

So if you would like to taste our wines on the South Coast please make a booking.

We are Tractorless Vineyard, the original biodynamic and sustainable winery of the Southern Highlands. Industry leading sustainable techniques, wines and customer service are the cornerstones of our winery and we are seeking like minded passionate individuals to join our team to take our customers on this regenerative culinary journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking casuals in Bowral, Vincentia, Sydney and Canberra to work at our Cellar doors and market stores.

You would be working along side our current Bowral team help us share our story and our wines across NSW

The role will require you to be self motivated and take people on a journey of sustainable wines. Whist we are looking to fill casual positions at some of our venues there is also opportunity for the right person to expand their hours and salary into our guided at home tasting experiences.

Conduct cellar door wine tasting journeys
Set up and run regular market stalls
Manage stock levels
Daily cash management
We have positions for all levels with plenty of opportunities to grow and expand. You do not need to know about wine or our sustainable techniques but you do need to know how to tell a story and give great customer experiences.

The right candidates are individuals who are enthusiastic about food and wine, energetic, and someone that understands our brands, ethos and passion for our products and customers. So if you are a storyteller and conversationalist who truly loves people engagement, that is great because we can impart you with our distinct wine knowledge and passion.

As we are coming up on the holiday season, this is your annual reminder to be nice to hospitality employees, even when they get it wrong.

Working countless hours, eating on your feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family, and wearing yourself thin are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the next couple of months.

So, if they do get it wrong, and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup.. or they forget to swap your salad for chips, or, God forbid, you order no ice .. and your drink comes with ice, remember how hard they're working to try and make your experience special.
