SNAKE Rum the second release of our exclusive INTERFET 25th Anniversary series.

Operation Warden officially began on 20 September 1999 and continued until 23 February 2000. The operation marked the initial phase of the International Force East Timor (INTERFET) mission

Painstakingly recreated for this exclusive rum, the artwork for the label, is a replica of the SNAKE artwork seen on the undershirts sold during the deployment.

Crafted from rich sugarcane molasses, aged to perfection in American oak for four weeks, creating a traditional flavoured rum.

Introducing Picquet Series Release Two, FIRST WATCH Australian Rum. Release One was FIRST PARADE, now we have FIRST WATCH. In naval terminology, “First Watch” refers to the last of six daily watches kept by sailors for duty and sleep. For centuries, a naval working day has been divided into two, four hour shifts, or watches. The change of watch was piped by a whistle from the bridge. The “First Watch” typically runs from 2000hrs to 2359hrs. During this time, the sailors assigned to the First Watch are responsible for various duties necessary for the operation and safety of the ship. These can include standing guard, navigating, operating the bridge, or being on lookout, among others. This dark rum is a masterful blend of sweetness, spice, and oak, offering a complex and rewarding tasting experience.
