☀️☀️Do you like the idea of getting your hands on a business that is yet to reach its full potential?☀️☀️ Do you have a heart for old fashioned service and community? If you have one of those business brains that can see a vision and you have the tenacity to then roll your sleeves up and make it happen…read on, this could be for you… The Traralgon South General Store is up for sale! The shop was originally put on the market back in January but we realise that with the world the way it is, people are taking a look at their lives and their dreams and their plans for the future, so we thought it was a good time to talk about our little gem again. Jimmy and Kendra purchased the store in October 2018 and unfortunately a month later, Jimmy was diagnosed with cancer. Whilst he is thankfully now cancer free, it has made them look at their priorities and how they want to live their best lives. The shop is getting busier and busier with an extensive takeaway section, café, bottle shop, fuel sales as well as a post office outlet and groceries. In this short time they have seen takings double and some weeks triple on previous years and there is STILL more growth to be seen. Its awesome to see the vibrant community hub beginning to return to its former glory as a meeting place and source of community news and engagement as well as meeting the ‘general store’ needs of this incredible community. If you have read this far and you are imagining yourself behind the counter, why not give Kendra a call and have a chat?
