Kick off the new year with a burst of energy and nourishment! Packed with fresh fruits and veggies like apple, cucumber, spinach, and ginger, this green juice is the perfect way to fuel your body and stay refreshed. 💚🍏

Ingredients:
1 green apple, cored and sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 handfuls spinach or kale
1 celery stalk
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 small piece of ginger (about 1-inch)
1 cup water or coconut water
Optional: Ice cubes

Instructions:

Wash and prepare the apple, cucumber, spinach or kale, celery, lemon, and ginger.

Add all the ingredients into a blender with water or coconut water. Blend until smooth.

If desired, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice. Enjoy this refreshing, nutrient-packed drink!
