Starting his journey in the café years ago, Sam’s passion for coffee has grown into something truly special. Now the proud owner and roaster at Alfresco Coffee Roasters, he carefully selects beans from sustainable sources and roasts them to perfection to create the coffee you know and love today.

Sam’s dedication isn’t just about crafting incredible coffee—it’s about fostering meaningful relationships, supporting farmers, and making an impact on every step of the journey from bean to cup. ☕

Some beautiful new perennials arrived in the nursery last week - including the striking Achillea 'Walther Funcke' with its brick-red clusters of flowers. The nursery is open 9am to 2pm on both Saturday and Sunday if you're heading down to Tilba Tilba this weekend.
