is made in the “Metodo classico” (traditional method) sparkling wine, it has spent 50 months on lees with zero-dosage.
100% Chardonnay grapes from the Sorni hills. The grapes are carefully selected from vineyards located between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. Soft pressing with a maximum yield of 60%. 50% is vinified in wood, in used barriques, and 50% in steel, the tirage takes place in April. It rests at least 50 months on yeasts. The unique terroir of the area produces grapes that are particularly suited for sparkling wine. Elegant, delicious and the perfect way to start any celebration.

MACHHION DEI LUPI 500 - pet nat
Delicious, lively and fresh bubbles from Macchion dei Lupi. Made with 100% biodynamic Trebbiano grapes from the hills of Suvereto on the Tuscan coast. 500 is a smooth, savory, fun and energetic wine with bubbles made by re-fermentation in the bottle.

500's label was created together with street artist MART and winemaker Carlo.
Mona Lisa in a straitjacket seems to show all the discomfort of someone who is forced, in spite of himself, to madness by the violence of the consumerist society represented by the dollar on his chest.
The first vintage of this wine is 2019, which falls on the 500th anniversary of the death of one of the greatest geniuses of the Renaissance and of Tuscan history, the Florentine Leonardo Da Vinci.
