We are back at the tasting bench for the next two Fridays!

From Western Australia we have Duke's Frankland River Riesling and Duke's Single Vinyard Shiraz.What started as a "retirement project" in 1999 by Duke & Hilde using the winemaking talents of Rob Diletti and now in the hands of new owner Ben Cane.

Moving on to Site Wine Duke Chardonnay 2021 and Duke Pinot Noir 2021.Smalllot wines are grown and made using minimal intervention and sustainable practices. Hand-picked, natural fermentation, no fining or filtration.

This week at the tasting bench we will be taking you on a round the world sparkling adventure with Champagne, German Sekt, English and Italian Sparkling and some Aussie Lambrusco. You won't want to miss this one! We will also be sampling some Little Acres Duck Pate and cheese. Don't let your Xmas table go without!

This week we will be looking at two versions of Pet Nat's and making a comparison with one of the great Champagne Houses being Laurent Perrier!
Pet Nat as it is referred to is actually un-finished sparkling, whilst still having bubbles, it often is less pronounced and more effervescent. This wine style also allows a degree of innovation, being able to use grapes at hand rather than only using the noble varieties of champagne being Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay.
Come in and explore a new innovative style whilst also appreciating the art of noble champagne.
This weeks pairing is Pâté and cheese!

Not the traditional Brut NV but going a path not often travelled with the high end, hard to find Rose NV, Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru and Sous Bois.

Along with Andre Delorme from Burgundy and Guerrieri Rizzardi just to keep it Quirky.

Pairing with Freshly Shucked Oysters ala natural or maybe try a Bloody Mary Oyster to spice it up a bit! FREE

Launch of the Tellurian Sommet Shiraz.
Vine is privileged to have Daniel Hopkins owner/proprietor of Tellurian wines to launch a wine years in the making.
From Old French somet, sommette, diminutive derivation of som (“highest part, top of a hill”) from Latin summum.
Tellurian wines have always been a favourite at Vine with our loyal customers, and we encourage all to come along.
