Deep ruby red colour, with hints of garnet. This wine is the ultimate expression of the Montecariano family production. It penetrates gently into the nose, delivering wafts of mature sour cherry, glacé morel cherry and blackberry, and balsam of oak, with a finale composed of mixed spice, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee. In the mouth, it’s structured, silky and enveloping, extremely sophisticated and with a range of expression epitomising the Valpolicella Classica area.

Giuseppe Sedilesu Mamuthone
It’s the most iconic and first made wine of the Giuseppe Sedilesu winery.
It takes is name from the homonymous ancestral mask of the town where the wine is produced, Mamoiada.
The wine fully express the characteristics of the Cannonau di Mamoiada, nice aromas of ripe red fruits and local spices. In the palate is rich and fresh with refined and smooth tannins end a long and distinctive finish

Welcoming the Rapalino winery in our Piemonte selection 🍷
The winery is located in Neviglie, east of the town of Alba, on the right side of the Tanaro river, right in the middle of the Langhe Hills.
The commune is adjacent to the production area of Barbaresco, a wine that the Rapalino’s brother have been producing for several years

Very excited to introduce the new addition in the Ichnusa family 🍻
Ichnusa Ambra Limpida
Released at the end of 2022 it is now available at Quattro Mori.
A bottom-fermented Lager that clearly reflects the character and soul of the great Sardinian brewery, mixing tradition and innovation. To the usual selection of cereals and hops used, Ichnusa Ambra Limpida has in addition a pinch of rice, from Oristano, this gives a special flavor, to underline the territorial identity of the brand. The bottle has a new original shape inspired by the discovery of an ancient artifact in the brewery's historical archive
In the glass it can be admired in its intense golden yellow color with caramel nuances and a soft and candid foam. Perfumes that characterize its nature arrive on the nose, a mix of herbaceous green aromas of hops mixed with the sweet notes of rice, all enriched by hints of cereals and citrus peel. When tasted, a structured, fresh sip immediately appears, highly drinkable, lively and pleasant on the palate, in perfect harmony with a delicate aromatic persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs based on cold cuts, bruschetta and cheeses; it is also particularly indicated with pizza but also with fried fish
