Today is R U OK day

As you all know I like to have a chat 😂 and I am always there if you need to have a chat

It takes a lot to admit that you are not coping with things and that U R Not Ok

It took me too long to realise that I was not ok. I finally had that conversation a few years ago and things are now great.

So don't keep things locked up in your head and don't be embarrassed to say that you are not coping.

The crew at Dainton Beer have done it again, releasing the Imperial Limited Series for Star Wars Day.

This year they have added a new one. CHEWY Imperial Red IPA. This one is bold and hoppy with a malty backbone - sounds amazing🤤

So if you’re a fan of beer and Star Wars, you better hot foot it in store and grab a can, or 3, as stock is very limited this year.

On this day, the 3rd of May 2011, Wayne and I became the owners Lugarno Cellars!

12 years later we are going stronger than ever, thanks to all of our amazing customers, without you we would not be here 🥰

So a big THANK YOU to everyone for shopping at our small business in beautiful Lugarno. Where I would not own a business or live anywhere else.

Lastly I have to thank my hard working staff. Ben, Darcy and Jake make my job of running and owning a business so much easier, without them all of this would not happen.

I don’t know about anyone else, but in my house Friday Night is take away night!

We usually grab a couple of pizza’s and have a glass, or 2, of red wine 😉

These two great reds from Italy will definitely hit the spot.

The Primitivo has an intense ruby red colour with a vibrant and juicy flavour which is a perfect match for a wood fired pizza 🤤

As for the Nero d’Avola, this one is also ruby red in in colour with a dark cherry and wild berry fruit flavours, the perfect match for a steak or some delicious traditional Italian hard cheese, like pecorino…….Bellissimo!
